      <p>Buckeye, which includes Ohio Buckeye <sciname>Aesculus glabra</sciname>,
        Yellow Buckeye <sciname>Aesculus octandra</sciname>, Red Buckeye <sciname>Aesculus pavia</sciname>,
        Painted Buckeye <sciname>Aesculus sylvatica</sciname>, and the common Horse-chestnut <sciname>Aesculus hippocastanum</sciname>.
        None of the buckeyes should be confused with chestnuts or any other edible nut.  While buckeyes
        are readily eaten by squirrels, they are poisonous to humans.
